Requirements

  • Be a seasoned Technical Consultant contractor with extensive recent experience with D365 CE
  • Be equally familiar with the heritage of the previous on-premise versions of Dynamics 365
  • Understand the distinction between the role of a Consultant versus someone who is just a Developer
  • Have a track record that demonstrates your capabilities as a consultant
  • Project confidence in your technical abilities
  • Be comfortable and articulate when engaging with customers directly
  • Be an Australian Citizen
  • Be able to achieve at least Australian Baseline clearance
  • Show extensive experience with D365 CE as well as previous Dynamics CRM versions
  • Possess solid knowledge of the application of Customer Service, Sales and Marketing
  • Have strong development experience with Microsoft technologies including; .NET C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, REST, Web API/Services, SSIS and Azure technologies
  • Possess working knowledge of data migration methods
  • Have an advanced understanding of integration concepts
  • Have experience in the range of typical delivery methodologies
  • Possess strong communication skills, particularly the ability to be an active contributor in customer workshops
  • Have experience and comfort in establishing working rapport with business and technical customers

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality technical solutions and services to clients
  • Work across multiple projects with a variety of different client accounts
  • Conduct yourself always in a commercially savvy and professional manner when engaging with customers directly
  • Contribute to the delivery of complex, enterprise level outcomes for med-large scale public and private sector organisations
  • Gather technical requirements, solutioning and producing quality technical designs, both within Dynamics 365 and in the wider context of integrated business platforms
  • Manage your time effectively in a self-driven agile environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have Field Service, Power Apps Portal experience
  • Have Kingsway Soft, Scribe experience
