Senior Technical Lead

Summary

Join Halo Media as a Senior Technical Lead and contribute to the delivery of high-quality web experiences. Collaborate with engineers and UI/UX designers to build amazing websites. Actively participate in roadmap prioritization, promote best practices, and ensure timely project delivery. Lead by example in engineering excellence, testing, and quality. Communicate effectively with various teams and clients. Proactively identify and implement improvements. This is a 100% remote position with a competitive salary in USD and generous paid time off.

Requirements

• Proficiency in AWS
• Experience working with Docker/Kubernetes
• Expertise in NodeJS / NestJS / Apollo
• Experience with NoSQL such as CouchDB / MongoDB
• Knowledge on Typescript
• Proven track record of successfully delivering quality websites for 8+ years
• Experience using Angular and NodeJS/NestJS, MongoDB, and relational databases
• Proven success with distributed (multi-tiered) systems or microservices
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
• Experience relying on unit testing in a continuous integration environment
• Excited about delivering user-focused software solutions
• Experience working remotely or the ability to work autonomously and with a team
• Ability to estimate work and plan accordingly
• Create clear and concise technical documentation
• Strong command of Git flow
• Fluent English speaker
• Strong communication, both verbal and written

• Analyze requirements in order to clearly define successful solutions
