Requirements

• Sr TME with over 10 years TME experience in Storage solutions and 10 years experience in nonvolatile memory solutions
• Minimum BS degree in CE/EE/CS with preference for MS degree in related field
• Customer support experience and engagement of at least10 years, and at least 5 years supporting customers in the PRC

Responsibilities

• Assists in providing technical support for one or many product(s) and/or product family
• Participating in new product development
• Representing the customers technical needs
• Creating competitive analysis from a technical perspective
• Developing and presenting technical product training materials
• Works with the sales team to help resolve customers technical questions
• Participates in customers visits, and presentations
• Owns creation and maintenance of data sheets and application notes
