Senior Technical Program Manager

Summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience leading large-scale technical programs in a high-growth environment, with strong technical fluency and experience working with engineering teams. Requirements

• Led large-scale technical programs in a high-growth or startup environment for 5+ years
• Worked closely with engineering teams and are comfortable discussing architecture, systems, and APIs
• Managed stakeholder communication and alignment across product, operations, and leadership
• Applied Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and used tools like Jira, Asana, and Confluence

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional technical programs from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with Foodsmart’s strategic goals
• Collaborate with product, engineering, clinical, and operational teams to define scope, set timelines, and track progress
• Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks across multiple workstreams
• Communicate program status, milestones, and issues clearly to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Champion process improvement by refining and scaling program management practices across the tech organization

Preferred Qualifications

Delivered programs in healthcare, digital health, or other regulated industries (preferred but not required)
