Summary

Join Unity's Strategic Platform team and lead impactful collaborations with strategic partners to bring Unity's creator experience to various platforms. You will manage partner relationships, ensuring alignment on goals and outcomes, and communicate relationship health to leadership. This role requires navigating large organizations, resolving challenges, and fostering strong communication to maximize business value. You'll leverage your program management expertise and technical acumen to drive innovation within Unity's creator community. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not offered for this position. The salary range is $135,800–$204,600 USD.

Requirements

  • Excel at navigating large tech corporations to ensure cross company alignment and approvals
  • Technical and business acumen to ask probing questions, understand challenges and risks, and translate from technical language to business impact
  • Skilled at conflict resolution, risk mitigations, and managing difficult situations and decisions
  • Deep experience with complex program management

Responsibilities

  • Lead through influence to plan and deliver the outcomes defined by the partner agreement and related statements of work (SOWs)
  • Manage the overall relationship with the partner and ensure mutual alignment with respect to goals, priorities, outcomes, and dates
  • Communicate the health and needs of the relationship to leadership and collaborators within Unity. Ensure the outcomes demonstrate value to both Unity and the partner
  • Leverage leadership and influencers to resolve challenges beyond the scope of the working team
  • Ensure the right level of conversations are happening between the companies to further develop the relationship and business value

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Unity’s developer ecosystem and awareness of the processes and tools required to create and publish a game
  • Familiarity with software development agreements, contracts, and statements of work (SOW) documents
