Summary

Join Pantheon as a Senior Technical Program Manager (Sr TPM) and play a critical role in shaping, leading, and executing complex programs that support the company’s strategic priorities. As a Sr TPM, you will own the delivery of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams, managing key stakeholders, and driving measurable results. You’ll partner with engineering, product, and business leaders to define goals, scope workstreams, mitigate risks, and continuously improve the execution model. Your ability to balance strategic thinking with a bias for action will be key to influencing decision-making and achieving business impact. This role requires deep understanding of SaaS platforms, WebOps, and cloud infrastructure and experience leading complex, cross-functional programs. Requirements

  • Deep understanding of SaaS platforms, WebOps, and cloud infrastructure
  • Able to navigate complex technical environments, translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders, and collaborate effectively with engineering and architecture teams
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs that align with business goals
  • Able to synthesize priorities, define success metrics, and rally teams toward shared outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver programs at scale with high quality
  • Skilled at managing dependencies, anticipating risks, and driving consistent progress across multiple workstreams
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to drive alignment across stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite
  • Comfortable leading high-stakes discussions and facilitating decision-making that impact the broader organization
  • Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements, scaling execution frameworks, and adopting tools that enhance program delivery and reporting
  • Committed to supporting the growth of others
  • Actively mentor junior and mid-level TPMs and foster a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous learning across teams
  • Proficient at using data and KPIs to guide decision-making, evaluate program health, and recommend course corrections when needed
  • 6+ years of technical program management experience, leading enterprise-scale programs with high visibility and organizational impact
  • Deep understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, WebOps, or related technical domains
  • Able to engage meaningfully with engineering and product teams
  • Ability to independently lead large, strategic programs, manage stakeholders across business units, and ensure alignment from discovery through delivery
  • Mastery of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, with practical knowledge of tools like JIRA, Asana, or similar platforms
  • Demonstrated success in influencing across teams and geographies, ensuring execution consistency and operational cohesion
  • Skilled at driving adoption of new tools and processes, facilitating org-wide change initiatives, and managing through periods of uncertainty or transformation
  • Experience working across time zones and cultures, ensuring communication and program success on a global scale
