Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally within technical or product-driven environments
- Experience managing multiple projects at once with competing priorities and timelines
- Clear, curiosity-driven communicator who focuses on simplicity and always seeks to understand the “why”
- Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders - not afraid to speak up and advocate for what’s needed
- Comfort with AI tools and how they can improve program management and productivity
- Expertise in Jira management and configuration
- Proficiency with project management tools, Monday.com preferred
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day project and program management across multiple technical teams
- Identify and escalate blockers and dependencies that could impact delivery
- Attend sprint planning sessions and stand-ups to stay close to the work, spot potential risks early, and ensure alignment across teams as priorities evolve
- Ensure project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com) are up to date and being used effectively
- Manage ad hoc projects and initiatives as they arise
- Report on progress, velocity, and productivity—turning data into insights to guide timelines and decision-making
- Analyze project and team data to help assess capacity and develop realistic timelines
- Help evolve our internal processes to match the growing complexity of the business
- Use AI tools to automate, optimize, and innovate the way we work
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a hands-on technical role (software engineering, technical product management, etc)
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams
- Startup experience, especially in environments with tight, immovable timelines
