Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a software product development company
  • Prior experience working with software engineering teams is a MUST
  • Proficiency with presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Canva etc
  • Familiarity with software development and technical architectures
  • Exceptional communications skills, written and verbal, and ability to communicate with executive level stakeholders
  • Exceptional project management skills and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical projects across product engineering teams, driving the creation, and maintenance of single source of truth project plan that identifies and schedules project deliverables, milestones and required tasks, providing early visibility to schedules/milestones that are at risk and provides supportive analysis that impacts the use of resources
  • Interface with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, internal GHX teams, as well as consultants, government teams, and intermediary agencies
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams related to scoping, work breakdown, critical path analysis, resourcing, time estimates, project risks, and quality
  • Create summary artifacts to brief leadership on project status as requested
  • Coordinate with teams to resolve project blockers and escalate issues as needed
  • Maintain and resolve key dependencies across teams including risks and issues log apply best practices to mitigate

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferably seeking a candidate local to CO, if not local will need to be comfortable traveling up to 25% annually
  • Ability to contribute different thoughts, ideas and viewpoints that lead to greater innovation on projects and cross-functional collaborative efforts
