Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers across the organization to identify, source and hire top talent across the company
- Partner primarily with our product & design organizations
- Design and own sourcing strategies to engage with high caliber talent, both active and passive
- Use data to evaluate the effectiveness of our searches and advise the business accordingly
- Ensure a high touch candidate experience from beginning to end, and potentially take on full life cycle responsibilities (source to close) over time
- Ensure a high level of data integrity and regularly partner with HMβs to share data insights on how we can improve
- Proactively drive recruiting process improvements that help us operate most efficiently and with candidatesβ best interests in mind
Preferred Qualifications
- Recruiting experience in a consumer tech environment
- Experience with full cycle recruitment including sourcing and closing passive candidates
- Experience working in a high-growth environment
Benefits
- Compensation ranges based on geographic location, experience, and skillset (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT states: $162,000 - $210,000 (USD), All other states in the US: $137,500 - $178,500 (USD))
