Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical roles
  • Strong business acumen to partner, consult, and build relationships with all levels within the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in English required
  • Experience recruiting internationally, especially in LATAM, US, and EMEA
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search) as well as recruitment tools/technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret market trends and develop/adjust talent acquisition strategies as needed
  • Demonstrated ability to function as a collaborative team member of a strategic People Team in a rapid pace environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage full-cycle hiring process for technical roles
  • Hire teammates globally, including but not limited to: Brazil, Ireland, Romania, and the US
  • Creatively build strong talent pipelines for openings via a variety of platforms with a focus on reaching and cultivating diverse pools of talent
  • Partner with the broader TA team to define and launch new recruitment strategies to support hiring initiatives, maintaining clear and defined goals and outcomes
  • Execute a high touch candidate experience from beginning to end, ensuring candidate expectations are set regarding interview process, role expectations, and dbt Labs values and culture
  • Collaborate with the People Operations team on initiatives, including (but not limited to) diversity, equity and inclusion, onboarding and employer branding
  • Lead by example by serving as a self-starter who takes initiative and thinks strategically beyond the task at hand
  • Be data driven: Use reporting and analytics to make sound business decisions. Assimilate research data from a variety of sources, analyze, and recommend appropriate courses of action to take
  • Contribute to a culture of feedback by openly sharing and receiving candid and constructive feedback with peers, partners and leaders
  • Advise Hiring Managers on recruiting tactics, global strategy, and best practices for candidates in your pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Greenhouse
  • Experience within a high-growth, venture backed tech company
  • Experience in a remote-first organization
  • SaaS industry experience

Benefits

  • $25-45 / hour, 40 hours a week, 6 month contract
  • For employees outside the United States, dbt Labs offers a competitive benefits package. Equity or comparable benefits may be offered depending on the legal or country limitations
