Summary
Join Eigen Labs, a leader in blockchain technology, as a Senior Technical Recruiter! This full-time, fully remote (US) position involves driving the growth of our Engineering, Product, and Design teams. You will own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, partner with leadership to define requirements and strategies, build talent pipelines, and develop employer branding initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses 7+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 5 years in technical hiring and 2 years in crypto recruiting. Requirements
- 7+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 5 years specializing in technical hiring & 2 years in crypto recruiting
- Proven track record of hiring exceptional talent in competitive markets, ideally within the crypto, fintech, or tech startup ecosystems
- Deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, with strong skills in sourcing, assessing, and closing candidates
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver a world-class candidate experience
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments where adaptability and prioritization are key
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across Engineering, Product, and Design, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient processes
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, train on best hiring practices, and develop tailored strategies
- Build and manage pipelines of top-tier talent, ensuring timely progress and visibility into hiring metrics
- Develop employer branding initiatives to position Eigen Labs as the employer of choice in the crypto space
