Summary
Join Maze, a Series B-funded, fully remote startup, as a Senior Technical Recruiter! Lead recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design roles, partnering with hiring managers to build recruiting capabilities and develop end-to-end strategies. You will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from initial contact to offer acceptance, and collaborate closely with hiring managers and interview teams. As the main point of contact for technical candidates, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our employer brand. You'll leverage data to improve processes and build strong candidate pipelines. This role requires extensive experience in technical recruiting within fast-growing, fully remote software companies and proficiency with recruiting tools like Ashby or Greenhouse.
Requirements
- Have extensive experience in sourcing, engaging and hiring technical roles (Engineering, Product, Design), particularly within fast-growing, fully remote software companies
- Be skilled at improving and scaling recruiting processes to make them more effective and efficient, including automation, reducing time-to-hire, or improving quality of hire while ensuring a top-notch experience for candidates and hiring managers alike
- Excel in designing thoughtful and efficient candidate experiences, ensuring warm and effective communication with candidates and a seamless, personalized journey from initial contact to offer acceptance
- Have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be experienced in working within an international, remote environment, showing reliability, attention to detail, and a strong follow-through on tasks
- Be an Ashby or Greenhouse pro and have a strong foundation in sourcing, allowing you to build nuanced and custom searches from scratch
- Be collaborative, sharing relevant information with fellow recruiters and the people team
- Be data-driven and use metrics to guide and influence decisions
- Have a keen sense of urgency, know when to voice your opinions, and aren't afraid to highlight and fix issues in the recruitment process

Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for Engineering, Product, and Design teams, from kick-off calls with the hiring manager to offer acceptance
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, keeping an eye on backfills and target hire dates, acting as a strategic partner throughout the hiring process
- Collaboratively develop recruitment and sourcing strategies, and drive sourcing efforts to build strong candidate pipelines
- Manage communication with interview teams, keeping them on track to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process
- Coach interviewers and hiring managers on best practices for interviewing candidates and submitting candidate feedback
- Play a crucial role in shaping our employer brand, helping us create a top-notch experience for our candidates
- Ensure the candidate pipeline is up to date and accurate at all times
- Using Ashby, report on pipeline health and recruitment metrics in a data-driven manner, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting and implementing changes based on your analysis
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the broader People team, hiring managers, Finance, and other cross-functional partners
