Senior Technical Recruiter

Summary

Join Grafana Labs as a Senior Technical Recruiter and support our R&D and Product teams. This full-time, fully remote role (UK-based candidates only) involves full-cycle recruitment for various technical positions globally. You will collaborate with the Talent Team, understand hiring needs, and manage the entire candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding. Requirements

• 8+ Years recruiting experience working with senior leaders in SaaS/Tech space
• You’re comfortable in a high-paced environment. You embrace change and ambiguity
• You’re familiar with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
• You have worked on global recruitment programmes and understand employment law in a variety of different locations

Responsibilities

• Own high-volume recruiting across a variety of roles across Product Management (Product Design, Technical Writing, Developer Advocacy) and Software engineering
• Be experienced supporting technical go-to-market roles as needed
• Sourcing is a big part of your role. You are confident engaging passive candidates and utilizing the team’s networks and technical experience to engage with candidates appropriately
• Work in a remote-first company where communication is key
• Run full-cycle recruitment: from engaging with passive and active talent internationally, to guiding the candidates through our hiring journey, to generating offers and handing the new hire off to our People Ops Specialist for onboarding
