Senior Technical Recruiter

Summary

Join Waymo's People team as a Technical Recruiter, reporting to the Recruiting Lead for Engineering and working remotely. You will be responsible for full-lifecycle technical recruiting, partnering with hiring managers, negotiating offers, and improving hiring processes. This role requires 7+ years of experience in full-lifecycle technical recruiting, including experience with international companies and senior engineering leadership. Preferred qualifications include experience recruiting machine learning engineers and a passion for robotics and autonomy. Requirements

• 7+ Years of experience doing full lifecycle technical recruiting including experience working for international companies
• Familiarity with software engineering hiring profiles
• Aptitude for technical terminology and concepts
• Proven success closing candidates
• Experience working directly with senior engineering leadership
• Experience owning and improving hiring process
• Experience working in a startup or fast paced hiring environment
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities
