Requirements
- 7+ years of previous technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment for a variety of Data Science, Data Engineer and Business Intelligence roles
- Proven experience in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, to attract top talent for mid-tier to senior-level technical positions
- Proven success building internal relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
- Previous experience producing high-quality results in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience juggling multiple open requisitions at once
- Ability to function autonomously, as well as work in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and selling skills
- Data-minded with the ability to use a metric-driven approach to tracking and running talent pipelines
Responsibilities
- Manages full-cycle recruitment for a variety of mid-tier and senior technical positions across many different disciplines from sourcing to offer accepted
- Facilitates position intake meetings with hiring managers to drive alignment and understanding of the position makeup
- Builds strong and diverse pipelines of quality talent through creative sourcing techniques
- Engages with candidates in the initial interview stages and collaborates with internal hiring teams to facilitate in-person interviews and on-site meetings
- Works with the Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Development to create and negotiate offers
- Maintains accurate pipeline data and documentation to effectively report on defined recruiting metrics on a weekly and monthly basis
- Ensures the most positive experience for all candidates across all phases of the hiring process
- Collaborates with others on the HR team on initiatives and/or hiring needs that may spike in other areas
- Provide support in the training and development of talent acquisition team members, including sharing expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, and technical interviewing
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working within an applicant tracking system; Greenhouse experience is a plus
Benefits
The salary range for this role is $97,000-$147,000
