You will design and implement scalable recruitment processes, source candidates using various methods, track metrics, and ensure compliance. The ideal candidate possesses 7+ years of technical recruiting experience in startups, proven ability to build recruitment processes, exceptional sourcing skills, and strong communication abilities. Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical roles in startups
• Proven experience building and optimizing recruitment processes from the ground up
• Exceptional sourcing and talent engagement skills, especially for senior and executive-level hires
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with Ashby and Gem

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and executives to understand hiring needs and deliver top-tier candidates for technical and strategic roles
• Design and implement recruitment processes from scratch, ensuring scalability and efficiency
• Source, engage, and manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, maintaining an exceptional candidate experience
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, networking, and creative techniques, to find top talent
• Track metrics and provide actionable insights to improve recruitment strategies
• Ensure compliance with hiring best practices and company policies
