Summary
Join Veriff as a Senior Technical Recruiter and partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to identify and engage top talent globally, focusing on Product, Engineering, G&A, and Operational roles. You will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, develop creative recruiting strategies, and serve as a strategic partner to the people leadership team. Leverage data-driven insights to improve recruiting processes and strategies. This high-visibility role offers a significant impact as Veriff aims to double its engineering team size within a year. Requirements
- Proven track record of recruiting and hiring for positions at all levels, from high-volume associates to VP roles
- Excellent networking skills and the ability to effectively engage high-caliber candidates across various business functions
- Exceptional communicator with the capability to persuade and advise executives on recruiting best practices, serving as a strategic business partner
- Experienced in utilizing recruiting metrics to identify challenges, provide insights, and guide decisions
- Demonstrable experience as a Senior Technical Recruiter, ideally in a fast-paced tech company, particularly in technical-focused roles (such as Product & Engineering)
- Great English and communication skills
- The ability to identify and engage awesome talent, always striving to provide an excellent candidate experience
- The confidence to suggest and lead on initiatives but the emotional intelligence to know when to agree and commit
- A sense of urgency and persistence to keep processes moving forward
- A data-driven and business mindset
- Honest and collaborative with a team-first approach

Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for senior-level and individual contributor positions within the product and engineering teams, focusing on sourcing and building relationships with candidates, creating positive interview experiences, and overseeing the offer process
- Partnering with the Global Head of TA to develop creative recruiting strategies and proactively cultivate a robust pipeline of diverse A+ talent at all levels through research, social media, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns to achieve hiring goals
- Serve as a strategic partner to the people leadership team and business by providing advice on compensation, market insights, recruiting metrics, and strategies to enhance the efficiency of the recruiting funnel
- Generate and deliver data-driven insights to business leaders to elevate and improve our recruiting processes and strategies
