Requirements

• Fluent in English, with exceptional communication skills
• Proven experience in technical recruiting, specifically hiring software engineers for international projects
• Strong existing network and relationships within the Brazilian and Portuguese software engineering communities
• Demonstrated ability to self-manage, take ownership of responsibilities, and work collaboratively
