Senior Technical Writer

Summary

Join NICE Actimize as a Senior Technical Writer and contribute to creating products that fight financial crime. You will own and maintain guides, work with scrum teams, collaborate with subject matter experts, and produce technical documentation.

Requirements

• Native English speaker
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience as a technical writer in an enterprise software development environment
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience preparing topic-based documentation
• Ability to learn complex technology and tools
• Experience creating clear and structured guides for different audiences, including developers
• Experience with Madcap Flare, and Git is an advantage
• Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA and Confluence) is an advantage
• Knowledge of Information Architecture and content strategies is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a suite of guides
• Work with multiple scrum teams in an Agile environment and adhere to sprint milestones
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, product managers, and other team members
• Produce clear, concise, and user-friendly technical documentation using topic-based writing principles
• Provide technical editorial support to the technical writing and content-contributing teams
• Work on several projects simultaneously and manage time accordingly
