Summary

Join CoreWeave's Product Documentation team as a Technical Writer! You will create comprehensive learning paths for CoreWeave's cloud services using the Diátaxis framework. Requirements

  • 5-7 years as a technical writer or as a software or infrastructure engineer with strong documentation practices
  • 5+ years working with HTML, CSS, and Markdown
  • 5+ years working with code in a version control system (Git)
  • 4+ years working with static site generators
  • 3+ years working with Swagger, ReDoc, Postman, or similar
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, strong familiarity with programming principles

Responsibilities

  • Transform SME interviews and source material into comprehensive learning paths for CoreWeave customers
  • Leverage the Diátaxis framework to create concept guides, how-to guides, tutorials, and reference materials on one or more of our Cloud Services
  • Develop and manage product documentation using a docs-as-code workflow on Docusaurus; programmatically produce documentation that is highly performant and accessible
  • Collaborate with the Product and Solutions Architecture teams to enable developers to use the CoreWeave platform

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with digital infrastructure such as network architecture, storage backends, and tooling such as Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, or Terraform
  • Experience with Cloud-native infrastructure (such as Object Storage, Cloud compute, serverless computing)
  • Experience working with MDX or React
