Summary

Join Gorgias' Technology Partnerships Team as a Senior Technology Partner Manager in London! This revenue-focused role involves building and maintaining relationships with EMEA-based technology companies within the e-commerce ecosystem. You will develop joint go-to-market strategies, drive business development, and expand partnerships. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience in partnerships or business development within a SaaS company, a proven ability to drive revenue through partnerships, and strong CRM experience. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or an external-facing role at a SaaS company (sales, customer success, etc.)
  • Proven ability to drive revenue through partnerships and execute strategic GTM initiatives
  • Self-starter who can adapt quickly and work independently
  • Strong CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Crossbeam, PartnerStack, etc.)
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue and ARR growth through strategic partnerships with Shopify, BigCommerce, Attentive, Klaviyo, Yotpo, and other tech partners
  • Own and scale partnerships in EMEA, Shopify’s fastest-growing market
  • Build and execute joint GTM strategies with partners, ensuring mutual business success
  • Engage in frequent in-person interactions with partners, including events, dinners, and networking opportunities
  • Develop and refine our partner program, processes, and enablement materials
  • Work closely with Account Managers, Account Executives, and other sales team members to accelerate deals and optimize the sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for onboarding new partners and identifying strategic growth opportunities within your region

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the e-commerce ecosystem (Shopify, Klaviyo, Yotpo, Recharge, etc.) is highly preferred
  • Multi-lingual skills (French, Spanish, German, etc.) are a plus, as this role involves working across EMEA
  • Open to 25-30% travel , particularly within London, Paris, Spain, and Germany
