Senior Technology Support Engineer

Summary

Join Two Circles as a Senior Workplace Technology Engineer in London and lead our support team in providing the best Workplace Technology experience for our global employees. You will own key platforms like M365 and Teams, mentor colleagues, collaborate with the wider Technology Team, and proactively identify solutions to improve our technology infrastructure. This role requires expertise in Windows and Mac support, Office 365, and IT Operations. You will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless technology operations and champion improvements. Requirements

• Be highly proficient in Windows and Mac support
• Manage and configure Office 365 and Entra ID, including deep understanding of SSO, MFA and Conditional Access
• Have experience with Autopilot and MDM with Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune
• Have experience automating and writing relevant scripts, e.g. Powershell, Power Automate
• Have experience with client networking, including VPNs
• Have experience with Collaboration/Unified Communications tools and hardware (preferably Teams)
• Have experience with IT Operations and Service Management practices, including incident/request, change and problem management, monitoring, events and alerting, task tracking and fulfilment toolsets, capacity planning
• Be able to understand and effectively communicate technical concepts in discussions with both technical and non-technical colleagues
• Have awareness of Data Protection, Privacy and Governance principles, e.g. GDPR
• Have a methodical and logical approach to problem solving with a strong sense of ownership
• Apply modern workplace security practices
• Have a working understanding of networking and cloud vs on-prem infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Lead our support team’s day-to-day activities to ensure the best possible Workplace Technology experience for Two Circlers
• Own our Workplace Technology platforms (e.g. M365, Teams Meeting Rooms, EUC estate) and be a technical and supervisory escalation point
• Develop and mentor Support colleagues in their career journeys
• Work collaboratively with the wider Technology Team
• Work with Service Management and Security Operations colleagues to assure and mature our ITSM/ITOM processes, encouraging adoption and engagement
• Proactively identify trends and recurring problems, helping define solutions, improvements and automation opportunities
• Build and maintain effective relationships across all Two Circles teams, functions and regions
• Champion opportunities to improve the Workplace Technology experience for Two Circlers globally
• Manage partners and suppliers in the provision of a quality service and experience, e.g. hardware suppliers, CSPs
• Protect the data entrusted to us by our clients at all times

Preferred Qualifications

• Configure Atlassian products (especially Jira)
• Have experience with the broader Azure infrastructure stack
• Configure and maintain endpoint security technologies (AV, firewall, encryption, email protection, web filtering)
• Have experience with specialised Mac MDM and bulk device config e.g. Kandji, iMazing
• Have experience with Line Management and Mentoring of technical colleagues
• Have experience with Project Management and technical delivery
• Have experience of, or a keen interest in, the business of sport
