Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior digital marketing role, with expertise in traffic generation, SEO, paid media, and CRO
- Demonstrable success in managing Google Ads campaigns and executing effective SEO strategies
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and communicate results
- Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and A/B testing tools
- Technical proficiency with website platforms (WordPress) and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap to increase paid and organic website traffic
- Lead the creation and implementation of SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building initiatives
- Manage and optimize paid acquisition channels, including Google Ads and other PPC platforms, in collaboration with the Paid Acquisition Manager
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates through data analysis, user feedback, and A/B testing
- Lead efforts to optimize the customer journey and website performance across devices
- Partner with design, content, and technical teams to implement best practices in CRO
- Oversee the development and execution of the websiteβs technical roadmap to improve performance, usability, and SEO
- Collaborate with the Website Developer to prioritize and deliver updates, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices to ensure a cutting-edge digital presence
- Work closely with the Head of Brand and Content to align traffic and conversion strategies with broader brand goals
- Liaise with external vendors and agencies as needed to execute campaigns and projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in working closely with creative and content teams
- Proficient in French & English
- Familiarity with emerging digital trends and tools, particularly in website optimization
- Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or related fields
