Summary

Join ReThem as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute media buying and SEO strategies. You will manage end-to-end SEO optimization and media buying performance, ensuring everything is measured, automated, and optimized for ROI. This role requires a hybrid approach to strategy and execution, toggling between high-level insights and hands-on optimization. You will need strong B2B experience, a passion for performance analytics, and a proven track record in scaling digital channels. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing full-funnel digital marketing programs with strong SEO and media buying ownership
  • Demonstrated success in driving B2B lead generation through paid channels and organic visibility
  • Strong grasp of digital measurement, attribution modeling, and CRO tactics
  • Ability to translate complex performance data into actionable insights for stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical and strategic SEO audits, including site health, crawlability, page speed, and schema optimization
  • Own on-page SEO across content, metadata, keyword mapping, and internal linking
  • Oversee backlink acquisition and outreach strategies to build high-authority domain profiles
  • Optimize visibility and performance of ReThem’s digital properties in search engines (Google, Bing, etc.)
  • Monitor search rankings and traffic behavior using tools like SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Analytics
  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, Taboola, and industry-specific networks (e.g., G2, Capterra, Gartner, Software Advice)
  • Track media spend, impressions, CTRs, and conversion rates with clear attribution frameworks
  • Partner with sales to optimize paid campaigns for lead quality and lifecycle velocity
  • Implement A/B and multivariate testing for ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages
  • Develop real-time dashboards in Google Looker (Data Studio) to monitor SEO KPIs, ad spend efficiency, and lead funnel progression
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, UTM frameworks, and CRM integrations
  • Analyze campaign data to recommend scalable improvements and identify growth levers

  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments preferred
