Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual training sessions with our dealer network to educate them on best practices, call center methodology, and sales techniques
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to ensure ongoing engagement and support
  • Develop and deliver customized training programs that meet the specific needs of each dealer
  • Gather feedback from dealers and use it to continuously improve training content and delivery methods
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to stay updated on new scripts, best practices, policies, and procedures that need to be communicated to dealers
  • Encourage and facilitate the adoption of training and suggestions across a variety of call centers
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes
  • Provide quick response times to dealers and internal team members
  • Conduct a minimum of 5 call center trainings a week with the dealer network
  • Identify dealers that need call center trainings via data, KPIs to help improve conversion
  • Conduct training sessions with the dealer network focused on best practices in a positive way to reach lead conversion goals for lead to sale
  • Communicate training and feedback effectively to dealer network
