Requirements

  • Possess a solid grasp of instructional design principles and their practical application
  • Have three-to-five years training, development and facilitation experience including preparing training materials in a variety of instructional formats
  • Obtain an active Property & Casualty License within the first 90 days of hire and maintain it

Responsibilities

  • Lead the training, development and coaching program for new hires and service team members
  • Maximize team potential, client service quality, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance
  • Develop and analyze metrics to assess training effectiveness and impact
  • Deliver in-person training, collaboration and team building within the service area

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within the Property & Casualty Insurance Industry
  • Fluency with application management systems, specifically AMS360
