Scenset is seeking a Senior Travel Operations Associate to manage travel arrangements, negotiate with vendors, resolve travel issues, and improve operational processes. The role requires 4+ years of experience in Travel Operations, excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, exceptional communication abilities, the ability to work under pressure, detail-orientation, and availability for handling emergencies outside of standard hours.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, booking, and management of travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, etc
• Negotiate with vendors and service providers to secure the best rates and amenities for clients
• Manage and resolve any travel-related issues or emergencies that arise, acting swiftly to ensure client satisfaction
• Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and service quality within the travel operations department
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and comprehensive client support
• Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and travel regulations to continuously improve service offerings and compliance
• Handle complex travel itineraries and special requests, ensuring all client needs are met with the utmost attention to detail
