Senior UI UX Figma Designer

Summary

Join Paralucent, a successful technology company, as a ServiceNow Developer for a 3-month contract (with potential extension). You will lead the design process, from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms. Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design concepts and decisions
• Expert with Figma
• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and leveraging data analytics to drive design decisions
• Knowledge of mobile and front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with development teams
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices in designing inclusive user interfaces

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from ideation to implementation, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across web and mobile platforms
• Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and gather insights to inform design decisions and enhance usability
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business goals into user-centric design solutions
• Create high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights to continuously improve the user experience
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design
