Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with Unreal Engine
• Proven track record of developing and shipping high-quality games or interactive applications
• Deep understanding of real-time APIs and their integration into gaming environments
• Expertise in performance profiling, memory management, and optimization within Unreal Engine
• Solid knowledge of software engineering best practices, including code reviews and testing methodologies
• Excellent communication in English

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize game systems and features using Unreal Engine
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and writers to create a cohesive and immersive alternate reality experience
• Integrate real-time APIs to enable dynamic, player-driven interactions
• Utilize expertise in RTC dialogue-building programs to implement advanced in-game communication systems
• Conduct performance profiling, debugging, and optimization to ensure seamless gameplay
