Requirements

  • 5+ years of UX design experience, with a focus on marketing websites, landing pages, or web funnels
  • Proven expertise in user research, usability testing, and data analysis
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design solutions and measurable business impact
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, research and analytics (Hotjar, Google Analytics), collaboration and handoff (Zeplin, Notion), front-end basics (HTML/CSS, GitHub), and accessibility
  • Expertise with design systems and project management tools (Jira, Monday.com) is also crucial for leading projects and ensuring smooth workflows
  • Experience working in SaaS, especially within the health & wellness or B2B space
  • Deep understanding of web accessibility, responsive design, and performance optimization
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate across teams
  • Adaptability, empathy, and storytelling skills to effectively communicate user needs and advocate for solutions

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviours
  • Analyze data from web analytics, A/B testing, and heat maps to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to map customer journeys and define touch points that influence decision-making
  • Design intuitive and engaging marketing website experiences, ensuring alignment with Jane’s brand identity and values
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for landing pages, website features, and web funnels
  • Partner with developers, marketers, and content creators to implement designs with precision and care
  • Continuously optimize the web funnel to improve conversion rates and reduce friction for prospective customers
  • Monitor the performance of marketing assets and iterate designs based on data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with the Growth and Product teams to ensure seamless transitions between marketing touch points and the product experience
  • Conduct iterative testing cycles, including rapid prototyping and multivariate testing
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to align on goals, strategies, and timelines
  • Act as a UX advocate, ensuring that user-centric design principles are integrated into all marketing initiatives
