Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or related experience) in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in consumer user experience research within the tech industry
• Proficiency in a wide range of user research methodologies and tools, including remote research tools and techniques

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive user research strategies that align with business goals and product roadmaps
• Identify key research questions and objectives in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Conduct a variety of user research studies, including but not limited to usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis
• Utilize both qualitative and quantitative research methods to gather deep insights into user behavior, needs, and motivations
• Analyze research data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights
• Translate complex findings into clear, concise, and compelling reports and presentations for stakeholders at all levels
• Work closely with design, product, and engineering teams to ensure user insights are integrated into the product development process
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices across the organization
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in user research and AI
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve research practices and processes
