Requirements
- This role is to join the Product Development team, responsible for content strategy for customer-facing products, and to leverage UX Writer practices and operations
- The position will report directly to the Director of UX
Responsibilities
- Be the voice of UX Writing in project teams, explaining your rationale to developers, product designers, and product managers
- Use creative thinking to approach problems in an innovative way, always challenging the status quo
- Be a UX expert who can easily take on conversations about usability, accessibility, and research
- You can conduct projects end-to-end, including discovery and delivery
- Turn complex concepts into clear, concise, compelling copy, considering the brandโs tone and voice, readability, and layout, among other things
- Your work can go from headlines, body copy, calls to action, navigation labels, error messages, onboarding flows and transactional emails
- Maintain consistency and storytelling throughout the product journey within the product
- Consider accessibility guidelines in the copy
- Oversee the work of other UX writers in the team and inspire them with your work, planning collaborative activities and knowledge exchange
- Promote UX writing as a discipline across the Wellhub organization
- Propose best practices, frameworks, tools, and workflows to enhance the efficiency and impact of the UX Writing team
- Support the management of the UX Team and projects, being a point of reference for the decision-making process, assessing demands, and prioritizing your workload
- Instigate projects and prioritize your own workload
- Create a strong relationship between team OKRs and the copy strategy
- Your strategic thinking helps you link long-range visions and concepts to your daily work
