Join Healthcare.com, a rapidly growing insurtech company, as the SVP, Partner Sales to lead B2B distributor sales efforts across the company’s insurance business. This executive role focuses on cultivating and expanding revenue-generating relationships with top-producing health insurance distributors, including FMOs, IMOs, telesales agencies, and national brokerages. A primary goal is identifying and onboarding new high-value distributor partnerships to drive sustained growth. The SVP will lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and manage sales initiatives for Healthcare.com’s core distributor offerings. This role requires strong leadership, sales expertise, and deep relationships within the health insurance industry. The position offers the opportunity to significantly impact the company's growth trajectory.

Requirements

  • Strong 10+ year record of growing sales teams and revenue in fast-paced, high-growth environments (ideally within businesses at or above $100M in revenue)
  • Deep existing relationships with senior decision-makers at FMOs, IMOs, health plans, and national telesales agencies
  • Deep understanding of the needs and growth strategies of health insurance & Medicare agencies
  • Expertise in sales planning, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing large deals
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Expertise in CRM, sales enablement tools, pipeline management, and comp plan design
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive new partner revenue and meet ambitious growth targets
  • Lead sales initiatives for Healthcare.com’s core distributor offerings
  • Design and manage outbound sales to engage FMOs, IMOs, telesales agencies, and national brokerages
  • Build alignment across distributor sales, product, marketing, and partner success teams to ensure execution of sales initiatives
  • Manage to targets for growth of new distribution partnerships and revenue from new partnerships
  • Close new high-value distribution deals that deliver new revenue to Healthcare.com
  • Report on sales team performance and performance to targets
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of B2B sales executives
  • Set performance targets, design effective compensation structures, and foster sales culture
  • Oversee the people, processes, and systems to drive scalable new business business development
  • Strategically map the health insurance distribution landscape to ensure Healthcare.com maintains visibility, relationships, and intelligence on key players through our CRM and sales systems
  • Identify high-potential agency distributors aligned with our strategic priorities and operational capabilities
  • Play a central role in sales forecasting efforts, contributing insights and data-backed projections on revenue performance
  • Provide regular reporting on sales progress, pipeline health, and team productivity
  • Deliver actionable recommendations to senior leadership to ensure alignment with sales and marketing targets
  • Leverage CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and sales analytics tools to optimize sales performance and pipeline visibility
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to ensure sales data integrity, forecasting accuracy, and process efficiency
  • Leverage tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator to drive visibility, efficiency, and performance
  • Champion adoption of scalable sales technology and processes
  • Recommend and deploy high-ROI sales technology and enablement tools
  • Work in close partnership with the B2B marketing team—while maintaining clear ownership of the sales function—to ensure seamless execution of coordinated campaigns, lead handoffs, and performance feedback loops
  • Champion sales insights to improve marketing effectiveness and ensure alignment between top-of-funnel efforts and pipeline targets
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and RevOps to align on pipeline, targeting, and field feedback
