Senior Web Designer

Summary

Center is seeking a talented designer with at least 5 years of experience in web product design to help enhance their web presence and go-to-market efforts. The role involves improving the marketing site, executing high-priority design projects, and potentially simplifying the design system. The position is initially a 2-month retainer.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and shipping web products
• Strong bias for action -- you take pride in turning around high-quality designs faster than 99% of your peers
• Deep understanding and intuition of user-centered design methods
• Expertise with Figma and ability to quickly learn new tools
• Great eye for detail, demonstrating creative and innovative problem-solving
• Focus on user experience, flows, and user research

Responsibilities

• Improve our marketing site to optimize for conversion and make sure we're putting our best foot forward for prospective customers
• Execute on high-priority design projects (likely web-related) such as new pages, product demos or other interactive elements designed to support go-to-market efforts
• Help us simplify and improve our design system

Preferred Qualifications

Crypto experience is a nice-to-have, but not required
