Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field
  • 2-5 yearsโ€™ experience in data analysis, revenue operations, or sales operations; prior experience with 6Sense in a B2B setting is required
  • 6Sense certification highly desirable
  • Strong skills in 6Sense administration, data analysis, and daily operations
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and experience in reporting and visualization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to deliver actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills, with the capability to present complex data effectively
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the 6Sense Subject Matter Expert (SME), overseeing its administration, optimization, and day-to-day operations to support revenue and sales
  • Use 6Sense data to drive insights on buyer intent, pipeline health, account prioritization, and forecasted sales, helping to align sales and marketing strategies
  • Conduct analyses on sales and marketing data to uncover trends, identify revenue opportunities, and assess risks
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) to optimize strategies through data-driven insights
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs within 6Sense to monitor sales performance and growth
  • Enhance lead scoring, targeting, and account prioritization to improve sales effectiveness
  • Leverage AI tools to scale analysis and speed up actionable insights, including designing predictive models to forecast sales trends and customer behavior
  • Regularly present data insights to sales leadership, making strategic recommendations
  • Provide training and support to ensure effective use of 6Sense
  • Continuously update and refine 6Sense configurations, automations, and workflows to improve efficiency
  • Stay current on 6Sense updates and industry trends to enhance platform utilization
