Summary

Join our team as an Account Coordinator and support our client services team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with a strong digital marketing foundation seeking to enhance their skills in SEO, PPC, task and project management, and client communication. You will assist in managing daily client tasks, reporting, and data analysis while gaining practical experience in a fast-paced agency environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, account support, or project coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
  • Comfortable working with tools like Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and project management software
  • Exposure to SEO and/or PPC campaigns (you don’t need to be an expert—just eager to learn)

Responsibilities

  • Join and take notes during client calls (you won’t lead calls, but you’ll play a key support role)
  • Manage and update tasks and deadlines in project management tools
  • Support in preparing monthly client reports with campaign data and performance insights
  • Assist with SEO analysis and keyword tracking, as well as identifying performance opportunities
  • Contribute to research on PPC trends and campaign performance (exposure or basic knowledge is a plus)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are on track and to ensure strategic campaign initiatives are aligned with client goals
  • Perform quality assurance of client campaign tasks
  • Stay informed about SEO and SEM best practices and industry updates

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in an agency or marketing team setting
  • Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console
  • Understanding of legal marketing or professional services
