Remote SEO Account Strategist

Summary

The SEO Account Strategist role at BluShark Digital is a client-facing position that requires project management skills and a passion for digital marketing, particularly Search Engine Optimization (SEO). The job involves collaborating with clients to develop their digital marketing strategies, onboarding new clients, relaying action items to the implementation team, and updating clients as their SEO strategy evolves. Key responsibilities include understanding client goals, guiding them through the onboarding process, demonstrating results of previous marketing efforts, keeping projects on track, and educating clients about strategies being implemented. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, transparent, adaptable, empathetic, curious, and aligned with BluShark's core values. The hiring process includes a 15-minute introductory call, an interview with the hiring manager, and a shadow day. Responsibilities

• Understand the business goals of each client and tailor their buildout accordingly
• Guide clients throughout the onboarding and technical optimization process
• Relay value to clients - demonstrating what the previous month’s marketing efforts have resulted in for their practice
• Keep projects and timelines on track
• Update clients on how campaigns are progressing, educating clients on strategies we are implementing
• Alert management and client when requests are out of scope and coordinate the addition of services
• Attend to and resolve client concerns proactively

Preferred Qualifications

Previous client success management experience in the digital marketing space
