Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years experience as an SEO Director or SEO Manager
• Strong project management skills with a knack for prioritisation and deadline management
• Excellent leadership skills with a history of building high-performing teams
• Advanced knowledge of SEO tools and platforms like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs
• Advanced HTML and WordPress abilities

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of projects, adhering to budgets
• Oversee billing for Pay-For-Performance campaigns, maintaining revenue targets
• Respond to client inquiries within 48 hours to keep communication strong
• Achieve top 5 search engine rankings for 90% of target keywords
• Manage and guide the team to ensure clarity of responsibilities and effective use of tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong agency experience
• Prior experience working with US clients
• Prior digital marketing experience
• Development of SEO strategy
