Requirements

  • Proven success in scaling organic search and driving revenue impact in B2B SaaS
  • Strategic & AI-forward mindset – Deep understanding of AI’s role in search evolution, with the ability to form data-driven opinions beyond best practices
  • Mutli-discipline SEO expertise – Skilled in content optimization, internal linking, technical SEO, and programmatic SEO
  • Technical SEO proficiency – Strong grasp of site architecture, URL structures, sitemaps, tags, and localization best practices
  • AI & automation in SEO – Experience collaborating with engineers on AI-driven initiatives and implementing automation at scale
  • Data-driven decision making – Strong analytical skills, experimentation mindset, and performance tracking to optimize SEO strategies
  • Business & revenue alignment – Ability to connect SEO efforts to user intent, engagement, conversions, and overall business impact
  • Operational excellence – Experience managing vendors, freelancers, and SEO budgets efficiently
  • Effective communication – Ability to articulate SEO strategy in both technical and business terms, influencing stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute scalable AI-powered SEO strategies that align with business objectives and drives pipeline & revenue growth for both Workleap and ShareGate
  • Lead SEO projects from start to finish, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations
  • Measure and own performance—monitoring organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and ROI to ensure SEO initiatives drive real business impact
  • Integrate AI into SEO workflows, automating content creation, optimization, and performance tracking for efficiency and scale
  • Partner with engineers on scalable automation solutions, stay ahead of search innovations, and develop data-driven strategies beyond best practices
  • Stay ahead of AI-driven search trends—critically analyze LLMs, generative AI, and search innovations to ensure our SEO strategy stays competitive
  • Challenge the status quo—go beyond SEO best practices to develop data-driven insights that shape strategy and drive growth
  • Lead content scalability efforts to ensure high-ranking, high-converting content, refine search intent alignment, and dynamically optimize content using AI insights
  • Collaborate with Content and SEO teams to scale high-quality, SEO-optimized content across multiple brands
  • Own SEO content performance metrics, continuously refining topic clusters, on-page SEO, and search intent alignment
  • Continuously test, iterate, and optimize SEO tactics, content formats, and emerging search trends
  • Conduct SEO audits and site optimizations, SEO audits and site optimizations, including technical analysis, indexation, internal linking, and on-page performance improvements
  • Work closely with Paid Search, Growth, and Brand teams to ensure a cohesive search marketing strategy
