Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SEO Manager or in a similar SEO-focused role
  • Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic growth
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
  • Excellent knowledge of current SEO best practices and search engine algorithms
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and technical SEO concepts
  • Experience with Looker Studio for creating interactive dashboards and reports
  • Outstanding communication and content creation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Manage and mentor in-house link builders and SEO specialists
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and URLs
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, keyword-rich, and linkable content
  • Oversee on-page and off-page SEO activities, including link-building initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations for optimization to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, best practices, and algorithm changes
  • Work with web development teams to address technical SEO issues
  • Coordinate with social media and PPC teams to optimize overall digital marketing efforts
  • Develop a comprehensive content and link-building roadmap that aligns with SEO and business goals
  • Create and optimize content strategies to improve search rankings and user engagement
  • Implement a balanced approach to content creation, focusing on both search optimization and user value
  • Integrate SEO strategies with content marketing initiatives to maximize organic growth
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure the success of content and SEO efforts
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure content and SEO strategies support broader marketing objectives
  • Continuously evaluate and refine content creation and optimization processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Hyros for advanced attribution and tracking
  • Knowledge of Mixpanel for product analytics and user behavior analysis
