Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in service delivery management, customer success, or a related role
- Demonstrated success managing software deployments or data-related projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and contractual agreements
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, advocating for their organizational needs
- Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction, identify new opportunities, and promote value-driven solutions
- Monitor and report on service performance metrics, implementing improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
- Stay abreast of Airflow-related advancements to provide cutting-edge insights to customers
- Oversee project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful execution and delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align solutions with client objectives
- Proactively manage risks and resolve escalations, ensuring smooth project completion
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and service expansion
- Regularly communicate client success stories and metrics to leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer-facing or consulting roles
- Familiar with cloud-native architectures (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, or similar technologies)
- Certifications in project management (e.g., ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2) or relevant technical domains
- Awareness of Astronomer Airflow or similar data orchestration tools
Benefits
- The estimated salary for this role ranges from $130,000 - $160,000 based on leveling and geography, along with an equity component and a comprehensive benefits package
