Senior Service Delivery Manager

Summary

Join Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions, Hungary's largest ICT employer, as a Cloud Services Customer Strategist. You will be responsible for developing and executing the customer strategy, managing contracts, driving customer growth through upselling and renewals, and overseeing the P&L. Key responsibilities include pricing, contract fulfillment, customer experience management, and cost monitoring. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to customer engagement. The position requires C1 level proficiency in German and English, and an ITIL Foundation certification. Remote work is possible within Hungary.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the Cloud Services customer strategy, in close coordination with sales
• Take responsibility for contract holders and promote customer growth with a focus on upselling and contract renewals
• Be responsible for customer profit and loss (P&L)
• Determine the offer price
• Ensure contract fulfillment (audit/compliance) and invoicing
• Manage the customer experience
• Supervise Contract & Claim Mgmt. to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction
• Submit offers to the customer
• Ensure that the delivery commitment is in place for customer offers
• Examine and monitor costs to be able to assume responsibility for profit & loss
