Requirements
- Familiarity with Syrve software is a significant advantage
- Proficiency with PC or laptop setups to facilitate work
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential

Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance to clients on effectively utilizing software solutions
- Analyze customer needs and deliver tailored recommendations leveraging software features
- Troubleshoot and resolve client challenges related to reports, finance, accounting, inventory, purchasing, and marketing
- Diagnose and correct system configuration errors efficiently
- Monitor and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the restaurant industry is highly desirable
- Russian language skills are a strong plus
