Summary

The job is for a ServiceNow Contractor to develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform for Merit. The contractor will be expected to implement ServiceNow technology, develop scoped applications, and collaborate with other developers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in implementing ServiceNow technology and developing scoped applications
• Certification in ServiceNow application development required
• Proficiency in Github and JIRA
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and workflow design
• ServiceNow Flow Designer expertise
• Fundamentals understanding of Database Engineering
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Ensure that solutions meet project specifications and are aligned with ITIL, ITSM, ITOM, GRC, SPM, and CMDB best practices
• Support all technical aspects and tool solution delivery, including application UI configuration, workflow configuration, scripting, API, and system integration of ServiceNow with other relevant applications
