Summary

Join Dynatrace as an Outbound Product Manager to champion pricing and licensing, educating internal and external stakeholders. You will guide products through the execution cycle, focusing on pricing and packaging, and communicate complex technical topics clearly. This role requires collaboration with various teams, including Solution Product Managers, Product Marketing, and Sales. You will be a trusted advisor for customer-facing teams, leveraging analytical skills to solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate has experience in product management within an agile software environment and a familiarity with observability software.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management or equivalent experience in an agile software product environment
  • Familiarity with observability software or willingness to learn
  • Experience successfully collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of product managers, engineers, designers, and other business stakeholders in a software product company

Responsibilities

  • Evangelize and educate internal and external audiences on our pricing & licensing model
  • Collect feedback and insights to share with our Product Solution Teams
  • Impact how we launch new capabilities and explain key topics around pricing and packaging
  • Partner with Solution Product Managers, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement and other cross-functional teams to clearly communicate the value and differentiation of the Dynatrace Platform
  • Guide products throughout the execution cycle, focusing on pricing and packaging, while championing the needs of our customers
  • Communicate complex technical topics in easy-to-understand ways, with excellent written and presentation skills
  • Be a trusted advisor for Customer Facing teams across the organization
  • Breakdown complex business problems and work cross-functionally to solve them

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ideally experienced in the world of SaaS products
  • Outbound PM experience
  • Ability to bring market and business understanding into the product to deliver differentiated value for customers and prospects aligned with Dynatrace’s goals and strategy
