Service Sales Representative

Summary

Join National Power, LLC, a leading provider of critical infrastructure and backup power solutions, as a Service Sales Representative! Based in Raleigh, NC, this role focuses on service sales east of I-95 from the Georgia state line to Richmond, VA. You will develop new customer accounts, advise on service capabilities, and expand the generator rental division. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, sales experience, and technical generator knowledge. You will be responsible for achieving sales quotas, managing sales for optimal margins, and providing excellent customer service. Requirements

• Requires education and/or experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
• Sales experience required
• Technically equipped to offer repair solutions for generator customer base
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Computer and technology acumen
• Demonstrated positive and proactive approach to customer service
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work
• Criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen and MVR required

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned annual sales quota
• Manage sales with the aim of achieving gross margins and sales revenue that exceed forecasts
• Ability to assess and analyze territory market needs and customer base to create an effective market plan
• Submit weekly quote activity report to supervisor
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process and serve as their point of contact for customer service issues for the duration of their relationship with the Company
• Must have extensive knowledge of diesel, natural gas and liquid propane generator engines and the ability to act as a direct liaison on field service issues when they arise
