Summary
Join National Power, LLC as a Service Sales Representative and contribute to the success of our Ohio territory. This remote position involves developing new customer accounts, advising on service capabilities, and expanding the generator rental division. The role requires expertise in diesel, natural gas, and liquid propane generator engines, and you will serve as a technical liaison. Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance to meet or exceed annual quota targets
- Manage sales with the aim of achieving gross margins and sales revenue that exceed forecasts
- Ability to assess and analyze territory market needs and customer base to create an effective market plan
- Monitor and report weekly quote activities to leadership
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify territory opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic market plans based on customer needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer base
- Maintain expert knowledge of diesel, natural gas, and liquid propane generator engines
- Serve as technical liaison for field service issues
- Provide solutions and recommendations for complex technical challenges
- Act as primary point of contact throughout the entire sales cycle
- Ensure timely follow-up and response to customer inquiries
- Handle customer service issues and maintain long-term relationships
- Monitor sales pipeline and forecast accuracy
- Participate in department meetings as necessary
Preferred Qualifications
- Some college
- 1-3 years sales experience

- Competitive pay depending on previous experience and current certifications. Overtime is also a factor and is paid at 1.5 X base
