Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Industrial Technology/Mechanical/Electronics/IT or related
  • Welcoming Entry level and experienced Field Service Technical within apparel industries, label printings, heat transfers and automated machineries
  • Data analysis capabilities
  • Knowledges on Automation PLC, RFID and IoT devices
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
  • Experience with diagnostic tools applications & software
  • Strong interpersonal skills with Lean sigma mindset
  • Self-Discipline Computer & applications literate
  • Work flexible and adapt to changing work environment

Responsibilities

  • Providing regular customer support, On-site and remotely, for installation, training, troubleshooting & preventive maintenance on a daily basis
  • Responsible for providing consultations for product knowledge as well as its solutions value
  • Regular internal alignments with local and overseas teams such as SME, Commercial, Development, and other team Build & maintain good relationships and trust within the internal team as well as external customers
  • Provide evaluation visit, close monitoring for pilot projects, and guide customer through development stages
  • Become eyes & ears for the company, feedback insights for any threats and opportunities to related team
  • Regular reporting and analysis for support and product improvement
  • Provide support for internal print testing & machine checking
  • Support ad-hoc projects
  • Occasional travelling to remote locations and overseas when required
