Field Service Technician

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to troubleshoot using instrumentation and technical knowledge
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team
• Must be willing to travel 75% of the time

Responsibilities

• Inspect, install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment at customer sites and facilities
• Perform tests to ensure system functionality and diagnose issues
• Prepare daily reports, analyze data, and provide solutions
• Complete time sheets, travel logs, and expense reports
• Work with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet project specifications
• Provide training to customers on equipment use and troubleshoot on-site
• Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to the Quality Management System (QMS) procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in the industrial electrical field or related experience is preferred
• Advanced Excel skills preferred
