Summary

Thirdera is seeking an experienced Business Process Consultant with 5+ years of process development, management, and improvement experience, 3+ years in ServiceNow, and relevant certifications (ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ITIL V3 or 4, CPDE) to join their UK team. The role involves delivering process improvement engagements, facilitating future state process design, and supporting business development teams. Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience process development, management, and improvement
• 3+ years’ experience in ServiceNow
• ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator
• Business Process for Implementation
• ITIL V3 or 4 (required)
• CPDE (required or equivalent)
• Strong requirements gathering experience
• Ability to work with business users and clients
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-serving attitude, and appreciation for cultural diversity
• Proven team player
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Technology, Engineering, or the Sciences

Responsibilities

• Deliver Process Improvement engagements by facilitating the ‘Future State’ process design and modeling for clients
• Take clients to the next level of process maturity in terms ‘implementation’ of improved processes, automation of processes through BBPM solutions
• Support Business Development teams in pre-sales activities by providing functional and technical support
